Chateau des Peres, house of the ‘fathers’, was originally built for monks (hence the name ‘Peres’) in the Sixteenth Century. The Chateau is found near the small village of St Etienne de Tulmont (3 mins by car) in the South West of France in the Department de Tarn-et-Garonne. The Property is 40 minutes north of Toulouse. Although St Etienne has all the essentials (pharmacy, bakers, co-op) Montauban is our local shopping centre being no more than 15 minutes to the centre.
