Approximately 20 hectares consisting of wetland, open water pan, grassland, indigenous forest Situated at Monzi - a small farming community about 15 km's. from St. Lucia village. The property is at the southern extremity of the Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park (GSLWP) - a major new game reserve incorporating the World Natural Heritage Site of Lake St Lucia and stretching to the Mozambique border.
