Investment in four (4) shares in a 7 000 ha Touwsberg Private Game and Nature Reserve for R1 300 000. For every four fractional shares investors are entitled to: 10 000 square metre privately owned land; the right to build ONE house per stand for one (block of) – (4 shares per value); In this case, the house is already built. This 4 Bedroom renovated farmhouse (Sleep 10) has two living areas, three bathrooms, and a spacious cottage. You will find the kitchen with its Dover stove the place where family time can be onjoyed. Sufficient solar and windturbines are already installed. Geysers and stove operated on gas. Ready to move in. Currently one of the most popular places renting out (see more information under places to rent). An ideal holiday break-away house with ROI opportunity or, as the farmers done before, as a permanent residence, but now with the advantages of being part of a Nature Reserve. Co-ownership of the total Touwsberg Wolverfontein Game & Nature Reserve, which affords the investor the right and freedom to roam freely on any part of the Reserve as though he/she is the sole owner; and four shares “cling” to one unit of one 10 000 square metre land which is completely serviced for the erection of one house. Every single stand on offer has unsurpassed views of the game on the Reserve. These four shares may be owned by one or more investors in quantities of one share each, which gives them ownership of the same stand, viz. 10 000 square metre of privately exclusive land, and co-ownership of the total Reserve Touwsberg has on offer a seemingly unlimited supply of cold, crystal –clear drinking water and is home to one of the biggest herds of the threatened Cape Mountain Zebra. This house is nestled in the Mooikloof at the Touwsberge and situated in the north east of Touwsberg Private Game and Nature Reserve, with the most spectacular panoramas of the little Karoo & mountain landscapes, including the Langeberge. It is one of the old restored farmhouses in the Reserve and offers a rapidly disappearing quality life style, excellent security and privacy, combined with unrestricted adventure and interaction with the free-roaming wildlife. The flora around this house is a combination of typical Karoo fynbos and succulents and bigger trees planted by the farmers in earlier years. For leisure time at the Reserve, you can relax on the stoep; or enjoy the winter sun by reading that long awaited novel or magazine. At the Reserve you have the opportunity to watch the animals and birds either from horse back, hiking in the veld, cycling with your mountain bikes on our well designed trail or on a safari drive with your sedan or bakkie. If a picnic in the veld, bird watching at the dam or fishing is more your style, then Touwsberg is the place for you. For the more adventurous person, kloofing, canoeing, 4x4 drives and bouldering are also on offer. When last did you swim in a fresh water reservoir or go for a ride on a donkie-car? Watch the sunset from your stoep or enjoy family games in-house in front of the fireplace, just you and Mother Nature at her best. Experience the grandeur of South Africa's unexplored spaces from Prince Albert's oldest homestead, a serene & comfortable base at the foot of the Swartberg Pass. Dennehof consists of several buildings that once constituted the original farmstead. Each room is uniquely designed and decorated to provide you with luxury, whilst experiencing the grandeur of Karoo-living. Each of our rooms has their own character and is infused with great personality. The Patio Room has a classical Victorian feel to it, with a huge double bed and en-suite bathroom where an old Victorian tub forms the central feature of the fully equipped bathroom. The Cottage is one of our most loved rooms. It consists of a bedroom with two twin beds, a small elegant lounge with an enormous fireplace, a quaint little kitchen as well as a large bathroom. Both the room and the lounge walks out onto the main stoep, where one can sit gaze at the mighty Swartberg Mountain . This room offers all the comfort you'll find in a home, from a colour television, to a microwave and gas stove. The unit can also be utilised as a family room as it leads onto the Dairy. The Dairy, with its high reed ceilings and poplar wood beams, consists of two twin beds and has its own private en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The room walks out onto a private patio, that is lovely for sun-bathing during the winter months or simply relaxing in the cool shade provided by a pepper tree. Well on its way to a double century, Dennehof Karoo Guest House is the oldest surviving building in Prince Albert. Built in 1835 on part of the fertile Kweekvallei farm for old Zacharias de Beer's granddaughter on the occasion of her marriage, this sturdy two-roomed farmhouse (as it was then) conformed to a style popular in this part of the country in those early pioneering days. In its original guise it had a thatch roof and whitewashed walls and the exposed timbers were painted green. Near the main house were a barn, some sheds, several smaller outbuildings and a dairy, but set apart from the main cluster of buildings was another barn whose purpose was reserved for the production of vinegar and brandy – and of witblits, an extremely potent raw spirit not to be recommended for anyone but the most seasoned of drinkers. Perhaps this is why the barn was built a respectable distance from the family home Key Features Panoramic Mountain Views, Mountain View, Secluded, Fireplace, Fireplace, Near Town Amenities Secluded, Fireplace, TV, Microwave, Stove, Garden View, Shower, Private Bathroom, Patio, In Room Safe, Linens Included, No Smoking, No Pets Allowed Property View Garden View Attractions Near Town, Near Shopping, Near Restaurants Payment Policy All rates are in Rands. The owner also rents private villas which are situated only 7km from the holiday complex. The beach of San Vito is just a short distance away (approx. 350 meters). 7 km away lies the beautiful beach of Tonnarella. This beach is nestled in a beautiful bay and is ideal for families with children because it has a 3km long, fine, white sandy beach and slowly descending water. Facilities of the park include a large pool (25X12X5m) with loungers and parasols. Regarding sports and other activities, this location is very attractive. There are three tennis courts, three football fields, an area where you can play volleyball and basketball, a golf course and a playground and ping-pong table (all included in the price). The villa is comfortably furnished, has air-conditioning and a TV with satellite connection. Furthermore, this house has two private parking spaces. The holiday complex is located only 2.3 km from the historic center of Mazara del Vallo. You can even run along the shore to the center. Mazara del Vallo has a long history. The city has been known since the time of the Phoenicians, who turned it into a commercial center. During the period of occupation by the Arabs, the town became one of the main districts on the island. The Arab influence is still visible in the narrow streets and historical monuments. The old quarter of 'Kasba' and its mosque were built upon an existing church. S. Nicolò Regal is one of the most important examples of Normanisch Arabic architecture. Thanks to the Vikings, the city is rich in churches and monasteries. One example is the magnificent cathedral which was built in 1093 and then rebuilt in baroque style in 1694. The holiday complex is adjacent to the WWF Nature Reserve Lago Preola e Gorghi Tondi. In this part of Sicily, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea, but you can also visit numerous historical and archaeological areas. For example, take a trip to the archaeological park of Selinunte (25km) or the archaeological park of Segesta, located only 30 minutes away by car. Other trips include: the town of Marsala (19km), known for its wine liqueur; the islands of Stag None (n Mozia Grande); the islands of Egadi (Favignana, Levanzo and Marittimo); and Trapani in the beautiful medieval town of Erice. This villa is located on the western bank of the Istrian Peninsula, between the mouth of the Mirna River (north) and Lim Fjord (in the south). It has a gentle climate; an indented coastline with many small islands as well as peninsulas thick with pine trees; and beautiful beaches sheltered from the sea by the island of St. Nikola. All of these have helped to make Poreč a leading center of Croatian tourism. Once a small fishing village, today it is an attractive tourist hub. These apartments are located 30 minutes (on foot) from the seashore. There is a grocery store and several restaurants in the vicinity. The town center is about 20 minutes walk away. This comfortable apartment has a total area of 75 m2 which includes a beautiful living room, dining room, bathroom/toilet and kitchen. There are three bedrooms which can accommodate six persons in total. The nicely furnished living room is equipped with a satellite television, and there is a dining area with a 15 m2 terrace. The apartment has air-conditioning and central heating. This means it can be rented in winter as well. There is a parking place for guests. Once a Roman town, Poreč was subsequently conquered by the Byzantines and Venetians. In former times it was an important harbor. Today it is one of the most integral Istrian towns and well worth visiting. Poreč is the center of the largest holiday area in Istria and is also known as the "Riviera of Istria". Aside from the tremendous tourist influence, Poreč has retained its own culture and town spirit, and is recognized among others as an important historical city. The rich tourist tradition, with its attractive hotels and modern tourist facilities, combined with green forests and Mediterranean vegetation, are just some of the reasons for the continued tourist development. It is also haven for athletes. It has a good variety of nightlife which includes various discotheques, bars and dance clubs. While in Poreč you must visit the old part of town with its important cultural and historical sites which includes the Euphrasian Basilica (under the protection of UNESCO). Here you will also find some interesting archaeological remains which bear witness to the population density of this place even in pre-historic times. The remains of forums and temples reveal the importance of the Roman presence in the area. In Poreč you will feel the presence of the old spirits and discover traces of great cultures, visible on every step of the old town with its narrow streets. Poreč also has the Cove Baredine, a natural cove with endemic amphibian species. From Poreč you can take excursions to Rovinj which has been a cultural monument since 1963, or to the Limski Channel- a natural marriage of extreme species. On a boat trip you can visit the Brijuni Islands National Park. Further trips include Pula and Medulin - both well-known tourist centers and holiday resorts, and the Peninsula Cape, a large and protected nature area. You can make an option booking of a maximum of 48 hours, if you choose an arrival date more than 7 days in the future. You can make your reservation definite within these 48 hours or cancel it if you wish. Within 7 days of arrival it's not possible to make an option booking. All reservations within 7 days of arrival are definite and cannot be canceled without charge. Please note: the rates do not include the mandatory hirers' liability insurance. Villa Katharina is located in Messinia, at the South Western point of the Peleponnesos and is a 60 minute drive from the airport of Kalamata. Throughout the year you also have the option to fly to Athens. The modern airport of Athens is located just outside the city centre, and a new freeway connects the airport to our villa. It will take you approximately 3.5 hours to get there. It’s necessary to rent a car, and we recommend you to prebook your car online, as this will save you a lot of money. All big car rental companies are represented at the airports, and we can recommend Auto Europe. If you want to stay in our villa for a longer period, or if you plan to make a roundtrip on the peninsula, you could consider using your own car. In that case you should drive to Italy and take the ferry from Venice or Ancona to Patras, for example with Super fast Ferries. (21 hours). From Patras it will take you 3 hours by car to get to the villa. There are various connections with different Greek agencies. When booking our villa, a detailed itinerary is available on request. The direct environment Besides the beautiful view over the sea and sloping hills with vineyards and olive trees, you’ll find the village of Evangelismos in the direct surroundings of the villa. It takes you a couple of minutes by car, or you can choose going on foot through the olive trees and vineyards. Evangelismos has a few small shops and a cosy restaurant with terrace. The lively city of Finikounda with it’s many shops and restaurants is just a 10 minute drive away. The nearest supermarket is a 7 minute drive. The beaches are sandy (no pebbles!), and gently come down into the sea. Various beaches can be found 5 to 10 minutes from the villa (by car). Excursions within an hour of the villa Tsapi beach is an idyllical bay with a sandy beach and nice restaurants. It will take you half an hour to get there, and is on the way to Koroni. The unique city of Koroni has been appointed as the example of the Greek Mediterranean lifestyle by Unesco. Don’t forget to pay a visit to the small, but beautiful monastery. In Koroni you’ll find leftovers of a Venetian fortress, but to see an even more beautiful fortress you should pay a visit to Methoni, a 20 minute drive from the villa. At 30 minutes (by car) you’ll find the harbor city of Pylos with it’s charming square and many shops. The battle which led to the independence of Greece in 1827 was fought in the bay of Pylos. When you rent a boat, you can sail through the bay and enjoy the monuments. Some people say you can see the ship wrecks on the bottom of the sea, so far we haven’t found them yet! Pylos has several castles, one of which dates from the Turkish domination and is particularly impressive. If you drive from Pylos to Kalamata, after 15 minutes you’ll come across the lovely lakes and waterfalls of Polimnio. Follow the signs to the parking space, and continue your adventure on foot. If you’re adventurous, you can go diving or swimming in the lakes. At less than an hour drive you’ll find beautiful beaches in Gialova, Voidokilia and Romanos, you’ll feel like you’ve found paradise. The first golf resort in Greece, Costa Navarino, was opened here in 2010. Those who are interested in ancient Greece should visit the ruins of the palace of Nestor (1200) and the museum in Hora, as well as the old city of Mycene. http://www.arkadia.com/eurl-t55450/

Bring your laptop and surf the net with our WIRELESS INTERNET service. Enjoy your own private riverside hot tub! This three bedroom, two-bath new cabin in the Paradise Valley literally looks out over the Yellowstone River and is a short , gorgeous drive from Yellowstone National Park. You’ll feel like the river runs right through the home. You will enjoy this unique opportunity to spend time along the last major wild river in America! Stunning views of the Absaroka and Gallatin mountain ranges are yours to enjoy along with the bald eagles often seen in the cottonwood grove across the river. Guests can walk out the door and go fishing or floating right from the house at the private Yellowstone River access. This sweet cabin is offered year round for your river and mountain getaway retreat or family vacation and offers you all the comforts and conveniences you will want in a most gorgeous Yellowstone River setting in a small neighborhood of homes in the Paradise Valley. The home has a tasteful, cozy western style with beautiful wood and tile floors, unique artwork and custom handmade log furniture to enjoy. When winter sets in and snow falls on the nearby mountains, the Yellowstone River is fabulous to watch as ice chunks float by. Downhill skiers can head for the slopes at Bridger Bowl or Big Sky, while cross country skiers and snowmobilers can find fabulous trails in the mountains nearby or in Yellowstone Park. After a long day of winter play, the cozy gas fired woodstove at Yellowstone Lookout will be a welcome sight. The magnificent North entrance to Yellowstone Park is a short drive to the South through Montana’s fabulous Paradise Valley. You’ll find that most of the Yellowstone Park roads are closed to normal vehicle traffic during the winter, from mid-December through mid-March. As such, it makes a winter visit an outstanding time to take a snow coach ride, cross country ski or snowmobile through the Park. The only car-accessible Yellowstone Park entrance that remains open year-round is located at Mammoth (the North Entrance). That plowed road makes for a fun drive in the winter—you can explore the Tower Falls area, the Lamar Valley and Cooke City. You may even want to stop and ski on some of the many groomed cross-country ski trails which are located along this road. If you want to view wolves, check out the Lamar Valley in the winter. It is fairly common to view wolf packs from road turnouts using scopes or binoculars. In Mammoth you can rent snowmobiles, cross-country skis and snowshoes and take snow coaches that transport you to Old Faithful or take you on tours to other destinations. In addition to soaking in the hot pools at Chico Hot Springs, another favorite winter activity is to experience the outdoor natural hot spring pools at Boiling River. You’ll find the Boiling River parking area about 3 miles inside the park from Gardiner. After parking, you’ll walk about a half mile along a path bordering the Gardiner River. Eventually, you’ll see a place where a creek of hot geothermal water flows into the river (you’ll see lots of steam). Here you’ll see rocks piled up in the river to create natural pools where the hot water mingles with the cold river water to create comfortable places to soak and relax. It may be a little chilly when you get out, but it’s FUN and likely to be an experience that you’ll never forget. The three cozy bedrooms all with outstanding mountain views can accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom is downstairs, with a queen size log bed, satellite TV/DVD, and a full bath with shower. The spiral staircase leads you to two more bedrooms upstairs. The upper floor consists of one bedroom with a queen size log bed, and another bedroom with a log frame bunk bed. You'll find cozy down comforters on all of the beds. A full bath upstairs is shared by these two bedrooms. If you happen to need one, you’ll even find a playpen/crib in one of the bedrooms. In addition, one portable adult size mattress with bedding is available for an extra person. The complete kitchen, with dishwasher, range, microwave and all the cookware is open to the dining area and living room. The dining room table will seat six, or head on out to the deck and joy your meal while savoring the river view. Relaxing will come easy on the Yellowstone Riverside deck. There you can hear the mighty river sweeping by, notice the sudden flip of a trout's tail, watch a bald eagle perched in the Cottonwood trees across the river and see drift boats, kayaks, canoes and rafts float by. You’ll find a comfortable patio set and gas BBQ grill along with a bench and hooks to hang your fishing waders. On the other side of the house, you’ll find a covered deck with a small table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying an unobstructed view of the gorgeous Absaroka Mountains. In the vaulted living room, you’ll find cozy and comfortable furniture, a television with satellite service, DVD/VCR/CD am/fm, and a gas fired woodstove -- everything you could need! Large windows offer spectacular views of the Yellowstone River, waterfowl, bald eagles and the surrounding mountains. In your free time, you’ll find a large selection of videos to enjoy, a cd/tape player sound system, as well as a variety of games and books. Or, take the short walk to the Yellowstone River down your own private path to enjoy the view of your private River frontage from a secluded bench right on the River’s edge. http://www.arkadia.com/rimw-t1875/
