We find this condominium comfortable with wireless/wired broadband Internet access, stereo, DVD player, and all the amenities you would expect in a new condominium. Kona coffee taste much better on our lanai than it does on the North Carolina beach. This condominium is ground floor unit so that lanai extends out into a wide lawn overlooking the ninth fairway surrounded with colorful fragrant tropical flora. There is no need to lug the groceries or golf clubs up the elevator. Our condominium is also at the very end of the road so there is no traffic to contend with.
